Inspection Report

Inspection reports can be customised and remembered for each property in your portfolio. Photos are recorded against the relevant rooms and notes added either via the app or once back in the office.

Jobs and Maintenance

The iOS app lets you send job requests directly to tradespeople even while doing inspections. This function is coming shortly to the Android app.

Videos provide a more immersive experience for your owners. Connect the app with your YouTube channel and upload videos directly. Owners can view these embedded videos on the Owner Portal.
